Excellent experience! Everyone was very friendly, communication was 10/10, and the driver, MD, was incredibly helpful. The car was in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

So the guy at the counter wasn’t so pleasant and the shuttle was filthy to where I didn’t feel comfortable sitting inside. Then to find out the shuttle drops us off at the air train and not the terminal. That airtrain gets really packed and takes time to get to the terminals so plan ahead people. I’ll pass on this place and find a parking that has a clean shuttle vans and drops me off at the terminal instead
